At Sterling Woods Shepherd Haus, we are currently ONLY providing limited AKC registration for all our puppies.
There will be Spay/Neuter contract that are assigned to each puppy. As all puppies are under limited registration at this moment it is mandatory that any puppy adopted from SWSH will be Spay/Neutered within 2 year’s time from the adoption date.
As the Owner of SWSH, I will have the privilege of selecting the first puppy from EACH litter, unless a customer decides to pay an additional $250 for the first pick on their desired litter. This payment is in addition to the $500 deposit required to reserve a puppy and due at the same time.
**Deposits are REQUIRED to hold the puppy of your choice until pick up date at 8 weeks old**
In addition, prior to any SWSH puppy going to their new home the new owners will sign a contract to ensure if at ANY time they may need to rehome their puppy that they MUST return them to us. We will facilitate finding the new home foe them, and this is in place to prevent any of the dogs we produce form being placed into a shelter or worse.

Please note that not all puppies are priced the same, and we cannot guarantee specific number of each color in a litter. Nature will determine the outcome, making each litter unique. We are fortunate to have Multiple high quality German Shpherds as the Dams/Sires of our litters. Each adult dog has been extensively health tested prior to breeding. This will include a variety of testing from OFA, Pennhip, Gensol, and Embark for each dog. We invest the time an dmoeny into health testing to ensure the health and longevity of not only our adult dogs, but to ensure everyone that adpts a puppy from us will be guaranteed healthy and loving pet.
We raise ALL colors of GSD, all are AKC registered. Our main focus is to better the breed and prioritze health sound puppies with not only good conformation, but also amazing temperments!

As part of our commitment to ethical breeding, we require all companion‑placed puppies to be spayed or neutered. We understand that circumstances can change. If you are ever unable to keep your dog, our contract requires that they be returned to us rather than rehomed independently.
